There are three different format as listed on the left.
Blog format: (Use Site Map to look at this page) same as the pastor's messages. Just add a new homily to the blog in the same way you add a new message from the pastor. Or, link the blog item to an uploaded PDF document.
Document listing: similar to the Fr. Bernie Gilgun, gives a listing of the homilies. These homilies need to be saved on your desktop as PDF files, and the PDF is uploaded.
Bulletin format: since you're not using the built-in bulletin page in eCatholic (you're using a link out to LPI instead), homilies can be uploaded as PDF files and assigned the Sunday date. They are sorted automatically in descending order, and they are grouped by month and year. The drawback is that the page title can't be changed from "Bulletin" to "Homilies" (or at least I haven't figured out a way to do so yet).
My recommendation is format #1, since it's already in use on the site for the pastor's messages, and homilies can be uploaded ahead of their actual date without being visible to the public. Documents are visible as soon as they are uploaded (unless you schedule a future publication date for the page).
When you get a chance, I'll be happy to discuss these options with you in more detail.
